Houston County Memory Cafe
2nd Wednesday of each month, 10:00 – 11:15 a.m.
Memory Cafe provides a safe space for persons living with mild to moderate dementia and their caregivers.
We provide in-person programming focused on:
- education
- area services
- community resources
- awareness of dementia
- connecting family, friends, and neighbors
- activities such as storytelling, music, games
