Root River Float on the North Branch with Friends of the Root River

Float the North Branch from the Allen Bridge (County Road 11 bridge southeast of Chatfield at river mile 70.5 to Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center river restoration site near river mile 59.5. Finish the trip with free root beer floats!

Meet at 12:45 on County Road 11 at Allen Bridge to shuttle vehicles. We will be on the river at 1:30. Bring your own canoe or kayak or RSVP by June 3 to friendsoftherootriver@gmail.com to reserve a canoe.
