Local Food Vendors Showcased at November FEAST! Festival

SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA — Local and area food vendors were well represented at the 2024 FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace festival. 2024’s 11^th annual gathering took place in Rochester on Saturday, November 2.

Featuring over 60 regional food vendors and producers, FEAST! is “the largest local-food extravaganza in the Upper Midwest,” according to its organizers. Additionally, local and regional craft wine and cider makers, brewers and distillers are represented. Attendees include restaurants, distributors, and families looking for local food sources to enrich their meals.

* Capra Nera Creamery (near Altura)

* Carlson Roasting Company (Houston)

* Fiddlehead Knob (near Le Roy)

* Gardner Family Farm (near Spring Grove)

* Norsland Lefse (Rushford)

* RedC Farms (Caledonia/Dakota)

* Sno Pac Frozen Vegetables (Caledonia)

* Tiger Trail Lefse Chip Company (Peterson)

In addition to learning about local foods, attendees can enjoy sampling some of the unique artisan-crafted cheese, jam, and sauces. Plus, there are cooking demos and kids activities.
