Emilio DeGrazia, Winona, founded Great River Review in 1977 and served two terms as Winona’s Poet Laureate. He is the author of several books of fiction, including “Billy Brazil”, “A Canticle for Bread and Stones” and “Seventeen Grams of Soul” (Minnesota Book Award winner). A book of poetry, “What Trees Know”, was published in 2020.
