Tim Ruzek is Water Plan & Outreach Coordinator with the Mower SWCD and Cedar River Watershed District, in Austin, Minn. Formed in 2007, the Cedar River Watershed District works to reduce flooding and improve water quality on the Cedar River State Water Trail and its tributaries in southern Minnesota.
