History Talks Series – Norwegian Immigration

Join us to learn more about Fillmore County’s most common immigrant group – Norwegians. On Saturday, May 9 at 2 p.m., Professor Terje M. Hasle Joranger of Norway comes to the Fillmore County Historical Society in Fountain speaking on the Norwegian Immigration to the United States and Fillmore County during the last centuries. Professor Joranger is the director of research at the Norwegian Emigrant Museum and a professor of history at Inland University in Norway.
