Local Food Vendors Showcased at November FEAST! Festival
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA — Local and area food vendors will be well represented at the 2024 FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace festival. This year’s 11th annual gathering takes place in Rochester on Saturday, November 2.
Featuring over 60 regional food vendors and producers, FEAST! is “the largest local-food extravaganza in the Upper Midwest,” according to its organizers. Additionally, local and regional craft wine and cider makers, brewers and distillers will be represented. Attendees include restaurants, distributors, and families looking for local food sources to enrich their meals.
Among this year’s Root River Valley area vendors:

* Carlson Roasting Company (Houston)
* Fiddlehead Knob (near Le Roy)
* Gardner Family Farm (near Spring Grove)

* RedC Farms (Caledonia/Dakota)
* Sno Pac Frozen Vegetables (Caledonia)
* Tiger Trail Lefse Chip Company (Peterson)
In addition to learning about local foods, attendees can also enjoy sampling some of the unique artisan-crafted cheese, jam, and sauces. Plus, there will be cooking demos and kids activities.
