Meet and talk with area musicians, writers and visual artists at Root River Current’s “2024 Celebrating the Arts & Artists” reception. It’s an opportunity to meet and greet some of the people whose lives and works you’ve read about in our magazine this year. Hors d’ hoevres and a cash bar will be available.

An exhibit by Paul and Rita LeDuc (featured now in the Root River Current story “Paint Where We Live, Live Where We Paint”) will be open to reception visitors.

The reception is free and open to the public!

Following the reception, stay to hear singer songwriter Ellis Delaney perform as part of Chatfield Center for the Arts Chosen Bean Listening Series from 7-9 pm (doors open at 6:15; $20 CCA admission).
