Youth ages 5 – 10 years old are invited to join youth art educator Kara Maloney constructing large-scale, site-specific sculptures using a mixture of upcycled, recycled, and fine art materials. Creative Kids Sculpture works towards building children’s art making skills as well as emphasizing collaboration and group decision making.  The goal is to experiment with a variety of nontraditional art mediums as well as to teach creative problem solving through hands-on art-making.
